The Breakfast Exchange

The Breakfast Exchange is held the last Thursday of each month (except August & December).  It takes place at Al-forno Restaurant, Southfield Road, Middlesbrough.  Arrival is between 7.30- 7.45.

Middlesbrough Business Forum Breakfast Exchange is FREE networking event for Middlesbrough businesses. Supported by Middlesbrough Council, Vantisplc and NStar - the aim of the Breakfast Exchange is to provide the local business community with a regular, friendly, social networking environment in the centre of town with the focus very much on chat, learning and sharing.
